Building a Different Path
Elyse is a UCF graduate with a background in Sales, Product Development, and Marketing. But her career took an unexpected turn when she discovered her true passion wasn’t just in selling products, it was in building them. She co-founded and operated Bold City Builders, a luxury finish carpentry company, for seven years before joining Tidewater. Those years on the jobsite sparked a love affair with craftsmanship that continues to drive everything she does.

Building Community
Beyond her role at Tidewater, Elyse is committed to strengthening the industry she loves. She serves as the 2025 Chair of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Professional Women in Building Board and has also served on the NEFBA Custom Builders and Remodelers Board and the NEFBA Builders Care Board.

Why Jacksonville?
Born and raised here, Elyse has been a Jaguars fan since 1995. For her, Jacksonville offers the perfect combination: great weather, a big-small town feel, easy access to both beaches and lakes, and the luxury of multiple routes to get anywhere you need to go.

Off the Clock
You’ll find Elyse cheering for the UCF Knights, Gators, and Jaguars, working on her latest home remodeling project, or soaking up the sun with her husband Will and their wiener dog, Poe. Whether it’s a beach day, boating on Kingsley Lake, or gathering with their large Southern families and friends, she’s happiest surrounded by the people she loves.
