Tidewater Homes’ Kiawah Estate received three honors at the 2025 Northeast Florida Builders Association Parade of Homes: a Gold Award, Judges’ Choice for Kitchen and Best Feature for Kitchen. Completed in 2024 in Riverside at RiverTown, the residence brings traditional architectural influences into a setting that feels distinctly current. A checkerboard entry of Bardiglio and Carrara marble gives way to Seville-toned wood floors, tailored millwork and warm neutrals punctuated by emerald green and other jewel tones.
The kitchen received two individual distinctions, with custom cabinetry, a statement island and designer lighting. Just beyond it, a dining table designed to seat fourteen establishes a distinct space between the kitchen and great room. The arrangement preserves open sightlines while giving each area its own definition, a particularly effective decision in a home designed to accommodate large gatherings.
That approach continues throughout Kiawah Estate. Ceiling treatments and framed views distinguish individual rooms, while recurring stone and millwork create continuity across the interiors. Generous entertaining spaces are balanced by more private bedroom suites, allowing the home to feel expansive without sacrificing the character of its individual rooms.
