Scott leads Tidewater Homes with a clear vision: to build timeless, high-quality homes that reflect both the artistry of great design and the realities of modern living. A proud Clemson graduate with a degree in Graphic Communications and Business Administration, he brings a unique marketing and design perspective to the home building industry. Under his leadership, Tidewater Homes has earned a reputation as one of Jacksonville’s premier boutique homebuilders. Born and raised in Clover, South Carolina, Scott has called Jacksonville home since 2014 and still proudly cheers for the Clemson Tigers.
Building Community
Beyond his role at Tidewater, Scott is deeply involved in shaping the industry and the city. He will serve as the 2026 Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) President, has served on the NEFBA Custom Builder and Remodeler Council Board for the last five years (two as council chair), was named the 2023 NEFBA Builder of the Year, and was inducted into the 2023 Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class. He has also served on the City of Jacksonville Subdivision Standards and Policy Advisory Committee and has spent the past four years as a Florida Home Builders Association State Delegate.
