Tidewater Homes was established in 2014 by three natives of Jacksonville, Florida who provide over 65 years of combined experience in the homebuilding industry right here in Northeast Florida. We pride ourselves on building custom and semi-custom homes of the highest quality and making the home-building experience an enjoyable one.
We build every home with the same care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that we would put into the construction of our own personal homes – no exceptions. It is our desire for every one of our homeowners to be as proud of their new home as we are proud to build it and put our name on it.
